FREE RANGE EGGS
Our eggs come from happy, healthy hens, spending their days free ranging on pasture without hormones or antibiotics. Y’all may notice different colored shells from the different breeds of chickens, and they also tend to have a deeper yellow yolk.
PASTURE RAISED CHICKEN
Our chicken is pasture raised outdoors, living on grass and rotated to fresh pasture daily. Their diet is supplemented with locally milled grain and are never given any drugs. The unlimited access to sunshine, vegetation and bugs creates flavorful, nutritious meat.
Our chicken is harvested on site, to guarantee the most humane and cleanest meat for our customers. We are permitted and regulated by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services- Limited Poultry and Egg Operation.
PASTURE RAISED HERITAGE PORK
Our heritage breed hogs are raised on pasture and flatwood forest, supplemented with locally milled feed, and never given any drugs. The pork produced is darker meat, with shorter muscle fibers and marbled fat, creating a more tender bite, then commercial meat.
