16 Ways to Cook Our NEW Pork & Beef Blend
We are very excited to announce a new product available for y’all! It is a 50/50 blend of our F3 pasture raised pork AND our F3 grass fed beef. Some may call it a “meatloaf blend” but I think it goes well beyond meatloaf. The mix provides a fantastic ratio of meat to fat, as well as creating a delicious dimension of flavor and texture. We suggest using it in any way you typically use ground beef OR ground pork, just make sure to cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees!
